Cancellation Policy

I understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel your reading. To accommodate such situations, I offer a 48-hour cancellation window prior to the scheduled session. Should you need to cancel, please notify me at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. If you cancel your appointment outside the designated cancellation window, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment fee. However, please note that no-shows will not be eligible for refunds. I'm flexible with appointment reschedules and kindly request that you notify me within 24 hours if any changes are needed.
